In Pasai Antxo we do not have an office. They took it away a year ago. Let's go backwards. Worse than 60 years ago. To be progress.

They let me know how to pick up at this post office and when they attend me they say no, that I have to pick up at Rentería although the notice is to pick up at Pasajes Antxo .... I go to the Rentería office and they tell me that It is in Pasajes Antxo, The service is very bad !!!! And unprofessional. I do not have the package !!!

Poor attention, long waiting time and above the customer service phone is a 902 which means that they will charge you for calling. No flexibility in delivery schedules.

It is closed, they have left Pasai Antxo without an office.
