I do not know what happens with this office, in playa san juan if they do not locate the recipient they will call you again.nMy delivery had to be on December 30, they called me (12: 00h) for two seconds and I did not have time to pick it up, I said they would call me again and they have not. Later I got an email saying that they had problems to deliver it when I have not left the home all week.nWhen they called me I was looking at the door and there was no one there.nI am trying to contact them by all means and I cannot find my order on the website, nor do they answer the phone.nThe difference in effectiveness in each post office is not normal, I always have problems with the Mutxamel.
