They have a lot of face, the postmen. They tell you that you weren't at home and they haven't even shown up with the package. It is more comfortable to send a text message, so that you have to pick it up at the office. I will make a claim, both in the company that sends the package, and in the post office. For that I pay for transport and shipping. If you do not do the work that you are entrusted and paid, why this service? For what you do, better a delivery company. You are ashamed 😡

I had never been to this office, it corresponds to me that of Cruces, which they tend to attend well, but this office has loved the treatment of the people on duty yesterday December 21 and today in the morning December 22. Very kind, not a problem for being late for a shipment, they have called me 2 times so that it will happen and not send my package back. I hope that the rest of the offices take note, especially the one in downtown Barakaldo. Thanks a lot

Between the covid and the summer there have been a few months in which it is impossible to go to collect anything, if you are not unemployed, retired or live a quiet contemplative life. It is impossible to attend if you work full time or in the morning, as many people do. And so for 6 months, no more, no less. It is a shame that they call themselves "public service". I give them a star because they can not put less.

Because it does not allow me to leave it without stars but a nefarious attention. I was even ashamed of the boy and girl who worked at the post office. Simply to do the favor of making a photocopy of a paper for a certified mailing you do not need to be edgy or respond so dryly. Her answer: it is my way of speaking and I have already told her to relax that to say that they do not make photocopies (even if it is paying) you do not have to respond so edge. I do not usually come to this center but now less and wanting to have put a complaint sheet on it. No wonder people don't speak highly of this center ....

As a repeat customer, I have to take my hat off with the patience and professionalism with which they treat the multitude of "nervous" people they have to deal with on a daily basis. I see the comments here, and from my point of view it is unfortunate. Most negative reviews that have nothing to do with reality. In my opinion as a regular customer, very good treatment and attention from all the staff. A 10.
