Without a doubt the worst parcel company that has ever served me. I have had bad previous experiences with them but this time, they make even a serious company like Tamar look bad and I have decided to write a review. They do not meet delivery dates but with the one that is falling on these dates it is understandable, of the 3 packages one of them arrived completely destroyed. When the company sends it to me again with them, they do not deliver it on date and on top of that they say it was because the delivery address is incorrect when they delivered a week before to the same address !! On top of that, you can't talk to any person, all through little machines from the nose. A pity that 0 stars cannot be given, because it is what they deserve.
Unfortunately, a package should have arrived 3 days ago, said by them that they sent me an email and an SMS and here nothing arrives.
Totally incompetent, lousy customer service, if not null, unjustified delays without communication with customers
