The worst post office I have ever stepped on in my life, no matter what day or time you go, you are always going to eat 1 hour of cola. The attention is terrible, the worst that of the director, always speaking condescendingly to the public and in bad manners. In addition, he hardly attends, he makes him work making the queues eternal when only two people work. On the other hand, the opening hours are very short, only from Monday to Friday in the morning, making the service always collapse and never improve. They should fix this now because I've been coming since quarantine at least 1 time a week and it's always the same. Not to mention the terrible service they do by delivering: letters that do not arrive, letters from other people in my mailbox, they say that there was no one at home when they did not make the attempt to call when I was inside, packages that supposedly did not fit in the mailbox but they don't even have the package on them to check it or call the intercom .. Anyway I only have bad opinions for this center
About 20 people queuing ... does anyone know what time there is less queue ?? With the cold that it is only 2 people attending on a very limited schedule to be the only office in the area ...
Do not tell the e-mails that you try to improve your work to all those who write reviews with problems, why then more incompetent and liars you cannot be. You always give us the same answer and you go through the lining the formality when delivering the shipments that you should demonstrate. My husband asked for some stamps over a month ago, supposedly he was going to receive them within 24 hours and we still haven't seen them. Today I was waiting for a shipment and all morning at home and I receive at 3:17 p.m. a message that they have tried to leave it but have not been able to. And a sms that they have tried to contact me and that I have not taken it All morning at home at all. How can they be so grossly liars? We always pay the most vulnerable. What a disgusting world. How many unemployed people a thousand times more hard-working and competent than they. I said I put an Estella because that is how I can write the review. How the state pays the state to work a lot or a little, to make an effort, right? What nonsense. That little empathy
I am a representative of a company that uses emails very frequently, before we were in Avila, there an impeccable service. We moved to San Lorenzo de El Escorial and the service could not be worse, they are incompetent, the most the director. Packages with ordinary shipping do not reach their destination, but they do not appear returned either. A disaster with capital words.
More attention should be paid to the El Escorial post office.
The so-called director is a mess. He does his job reluctantly, which leads to many problems.
I am a daily postal user with an average expenditure of € 30 a day.
I have to go up to the other office in San Lorenzo and it still takes less time.
At the El Escorial office it usually takes about 1 hour or more of the clock, exasperating.
Before the director did not start to attend to the public, pretending to do something, hitting everything, we are insufferable, I don't have to put up with their bad ways.
You must review the law where it says "Disregard for the user" you can also read the "Rights and duties of the public function" and if you have time "Separation from service" "Serious offenses and very serious offenses"
For my part, I will continue to go up to San Lorenzo, but I'm sure that of the 22,000 registered, many cannot.
I hope they transfer it because the two times that a substitute has come for their vacations, everything has worked phenomenally, without queues or losses, nor do I knowingly put the wrong address on the certificates, I have the documentation saved of all the problems that it causes me.
Best regards Laura
