This is the second time that has happened to me, the first time I made a claim through the web, their solution was that they were going to update the notice brochures with summer time, in the office itself I let the director know, his answer was to ask apologies and that the incident would pass so that the notices would put the summer time; Well, it has happened again. People work like you, people are not to take unnecessary walks, people do not have to waste time because of your carelessness. With apologizing you solve everything, but who pays for it is the same as always. More than 1h waiting on the street.

If you really want to receive the packages at home and in good condition, pay more and hire a private company. The few who arrive home burst (thank goodness that the distributors fix the problems) and with delay, it is normal to leave false delivery notices or claim that the size of the package (despite being paid at all costs) is not viable for their delivered at home (a wall calendar ... if you make credible excuses). Now it's my turn for a change to close my work schedule, which is 100% with appointments to spend a morning at the Post Office and pray that they attend because if the time is right, you have to come back another day. Regrettable attention to customers. In the office everything is fine. Very attentive and fast but the employees that deliver are lousy. On two occasions they have invented that he was not at home when he was. Precisely I stayed at my address to receive orders. Then they don't leave you a notification of absence or anything. You have to manage by yourself and go and ask. And last but not least, I placed an order last week. The same day that I had to get a call or anything. The next day, they indicated that the address was wrong, the company I ordered from, not them. Indicate that everything was fine and now it turns out that without having tried at least one more time or calling me, the post office has decided to return the order and have me manage it. Honestly, I will not place an online order that has to go through the hands of these incompetents. What has never happened to me with the post office of my previous residence is happening to me now.

Some useless, I go on August 28 to hire a postal forwarding from that same day, almost 40 euros, and a week they notify me of the old address that I have there a letter that I was waiting for instead of the address that I had contracted to send letters, so I look at the hiring and the useless postal staff instead of putting the date that I told him he tells me to start within the next month, and now they don't want to return the money.
