I am not to put comments and less if they can harm a worker, we can all have bad days, go through a personal bad streak, but out of curiosity after receiving messages again about not being at home when it is false, and being treated in a way contemptuous whenever I have had to go, I have given to tell my wife to look in the comments to see if there are people thinking the same, and ... all bad comments !!
I am not exaggerating if I say that they treat me in a derogatory way, not even that they have humiliated me with their ways, they talk about non-work issues among themselves, taking even longer to attend you, but I am even more angry is taking months and months receiving messages from I am not at home being a lie but the last one was already ... they tell me that the package did not fit in the mailbox, but it was a box to store masks !!!! Well, nothing, according to this, the best thing to do is go to the post office, join in the long queues that they produce and on top of that, be treated by the staff with disgust, because that is what they make you feel.
Endless waiting time due to the reduction of hours (they only attend in the mornings although in the arrival notice it says that they are until 20:30) since the delivery men seem to only deliver the arrival notices so that you can move to the branch and miss midmorning at best. I have no complaints about the employees who serve there because they have always been kind to me.
I went to make a shipment with the box without sealing correctly, the girl who attended me (she has a tattoo on her arm) bothered to seal it, which is very appreciated since she could have pushed the package back. People's attitude makes the difference. (I will buy seal for the next time).
Shameful, the truth is that the word shame falls short, I do not want to generalize and much less talk about how people do their work, I understand that each company has internal policies in this case, the post office must insist on the good packaging of the products and objects that are sent, I understood this and being the company who knows this matter better than us, users are the ones who should guide us, but from there to receive humiliating, rude and shameful treatment from an employee is something really regrettable. I am not able to argue with people but my last sentence addressed to this employee was YOU ARE AN ABUSER AND LACK OF RESPECT. From the minute one entered the post office this "employee" did nothing but be in a mocking and sarcastic tone with my intention of sending a package to the point of calling me dirty and insinuating that I had a deficit to perform certain tasks for saying so In a polite way, then he made me repack the package about three times and in the end he wanted to sell me an envelope for € 2, what a robbery, I was there for 40 minutes and I received nothing but rude, rude and humiliating treatment. A company of this size should not allow itself to have employees of this level, we citizens who use this service deserve respect. Letting a customer know that they are making a mistake and correcting it does not mean humiliating or disrespecting. Surely this lady must have many shortcomings in her life.
They sent me a message saying that they had tried to deliver the package and I was not at home, I was at home all day and they did not call at any time. They were supposed to try again later, they didn't come back either. The next message was already to tell me that I had to pick it up at the office. Terrible transport service, they say that the recipient is not there without even calling and they wash their hands.
