Staff is very unpleasant
They have modernized the office, now it is much larger and the shift is better managed. The treatment I have received has been kind.
Deliveries, in my area at least, have improved.
A 50-year-old worker, blonde and wearing glasses, has left the first office on the left without wearing a mask. She must occupy a position of responsibility because she was giving orders to an operator (without keeping her distance) and she has called 2 other colleagues to the office. They were wearing a mask but the aforementioned lady was not wearing it (or a trace). I think they should be more careful and follow the rules. The people we were waiting for have been checked. December 16, 2020, in the midst of a pandemic.

Terrible delivery men, they say that you are not at home when you have been waiting for them all day ..... You have a contact telephone number and they are not even able to call ...... Nor do they give a good solution to the problem when you call customer service, the solution wait two days and you go to pick it up at an office .....
