The office is only open in the morning and Monday through Friday and is generally manned by a single person at the counter. Today we have remained more than six people without being attended even though, at least five of them have arrived at the office before 2:15 p.m., some even before 2:00 p.m. when the office closes at 2:30 p.m. I do not understand how it can be possible that arriving well in advance of the closing of the office it is decided not to attend, giving as the only reason that the closing time is what it is.
I cannot understand that the office is closed on Saturday mornings. It does not make any sense, since I also cannot choose to have my post office in Parla, as an example, to be able to collect my shipments on Saturdays or working days in the afternoons.
They should at least be open on a weekday afternoon if they close on Saturdays.
Nor is it worth them to answer me "Mabel P, we regret that your experience has not been to your liking ....."
It is a nonsense of organization, and I am not talking about the people who work in this office, far from it, I am referring to the null service that is being provided by the Correos company that does not take into account the needs of this population.

Les pongo 2 estrellas porque me da cosa, escribí un comentario horrible pero rectifico por respeto por la gente, pero mantengo que el servicio es mínimo , la oficina se nota que no recibe mucha atención , somos un pueblo de no muchos habitantes pero hacemos uso de este servicio , algunas veces por obligación, debería estar a la altura de las demás oficinas de correos . Nosé como funciona internamente comparado con otras oficinas pero me da la sensación a veces de lentitud , pienso que podría mejorar el servicio sobre todo el horario !!!
Pienso que no es culpa de los trabajadores, yo pienso que es culpa de quien dirige la oficina .
