It is a shame that September (and when many of us have worked throughout the pandemic with essential personnel) and post offices continue to open only from Monday to Friday in the morning, how are we going to be able to pick up the packages that they send us? It is very strong. You have to eat the Amazon land but in spades.

Unacceptable and incomprehensible what they are doing with the postal users in Parla !!! They only open in the mornings and from Monday to Friday .... I don't know how we can pick up the packages people work !!!!! I hope they fix it soon or give a solution, I in particular already give my packages for lost ... when they could leave them at home perfectly as other courier companies do. I have no problem with any single emails. Fatal cast too. My rating is 0.😡

They told me that a package of mine would arrive at its destination in 10 days at the latest ... after 12 days they tell me that they are not responsible for the package since it was going abroad and that they do not know when it can arrive and after more than 5 calls followed and without picking up the phone, it turns out that nobody knows where my shipment is, incompetent ones !!!!!

Office workers do their job properly. Another thing is the schedule they have had with the covid excuse. But the delivery men are firework ... I have seen the express mail van park in front of my house. And since I have already suffered his "absences", I stare for 10 minutes as he does not leave the vehicle. I get the "absent" message and he leaves ... I hope Amazon and other online sales platforms will leave them without a business and the workers to sell stamps from 9 to 12. If the post office has been able to cover their salary before like this, let them do it forever.

Very unprofessional. The delivery man says that you are absent when he has not even passed by the house (there was a person there all day) and as a consequence he sends him to the office to pick him up and ... surprise! They have decided that they will only open from 8:30 to 14:30 without opening a single afternoon or a Saturday morning and I don't know which hard-working person they think will be able to pick it up, really. From what I see, everything is easy and willing to work.
