Too bad there is no 0 star option. The thing in this office is firecracker, the other day I went to pick up a package, on the door there was a sign that only 3 people could enter and inside there were two couples at the counter and another waiting. We were all in the street waiting for our turn to come, when a couple came out, my partner and I entered and the employee began to tell us that we had to leave that there could only be three people, surreal! We began to complain because we did not understand that there were six people inside a minute ago, the employee's response was that they had been there longer, longer than the poster? The measures seem fine and necessary to me but they are for everyone, not to be used in a discriminatory way. I already put my claim in the post office, the common sense with which they work here is pathetic.

Pathetic, third world, shameful. Total lack of professionalism, ineptitude. You lose the packages, the letters, the Treasury certificates. In my family it is the 5 case in 10 months. Dozens of neighbors affected. In the Residencial Jarama everything comes badly or does not come. If they deliver luck, they put packages and letters by ballot in another block, in another portal on the floor that is not and in the name of another person ... It is that they do not even know how to read the recipient. Complaints continue and they do not take action on the matter. They are the worst I have seen in years.

A schedule from 8.30 to 14.30 without any afternoon for those of us who really work from 8 to 15, how is it done? I ask for a day off to pick up a package that they only try to deliver in the morning. It's an infinite loop

Now they also open in the afternoon from 4.30 to 8.00 pm. Thanks for extending the hours. For my part I have always received good service. Cheers

What good is a shipping company that doesn't ship? Always with the "absent" in the mouth and it is always a lie. If it were not a public company it would be bankrupt. Soon they will take oppositions to regulate the passage at the traffic lights since the delivery of packages is not working
