I have been dozens of times and they have always been very professional, therefore those comments criticizing them must be for something specific, which therefore seems to me that it is shameful. And ALL the incidents that I have personally experienced there were because of the users who do not even know what they want and never because of the employees who were desperate to try to guess and solve the wrongs that I had in front of ... the famous Law of Murphy. What am I going to tell you...

This office is maddening. In summer they "lost" a package that, according to them, had been delivered to the concierge (who does not pick up packages). I made two claims that were useless. Two months later, magically, a delivery notification appeared in my mailbox. Yesterday one of her workers swore to me that my package was in delivery and not in the office, although I read her three times (literally) an SMS received in which she said to pick it up at the office because she had been there since Saturday. The funny thing is that this same worker did the exact same thing to me a few months ago. Now I consider that they have problems reading and also listening. In short, a place where there is little training, lack of vocation for work, and a lot of laziness.
