They are the worst often times they have. Shameful, I've been waiting for a parcel for 4 days and it is always delivered but it doesn't finish arriving, with how easy it is a simple call. Shameful.

It is the worst delivery company in Spain. They are not able to call the customer's phone even if it comes out for free, with the absurd work that saves a call but of course, they are not obliged. Anyway, every time they bring me a package and I find out that emails are handled, I fear the worst, a full one.

Our town belongs to the Villalbilla post office since we do not have our own office. They changed the postman almost a year ago and the letters stopped arriving, months later instead of putting them in the mailbox they leave them all on top and they fly and get wet (the mailboxes are outdoors). We do not even get the appointment changes from the hospital. And the new "grace" is that they get off the van and throw you the paper that you were not there, nor do they call. Last Friday, like 3 months ago, at home teleworking and I see that the package does not arrive, I look and say that there was no one the application, I actually put down the slip. Today, Monday, my husband went down for the package to the town square and when he returned home, repeating the move with another package: getting out of the van with the leaf directly to put it in the mailbox, without calling or anything. When my husband claimed the package, they had to look for it, even reluctantly. Tomorrow another one arrives, it gives me that again they will leave me the damn leaf because the other option is to stand with a chair in the mailbox to wait for them to come and try to throw the cheek a third time in 4 days. We cannot domicile anything here because not a single letter reaches us, I have to put everything to my parents' house and go there for the letters. Very fed up already and without solution.

It is shameful that they do not open on Saturdays and only from Monday to Friday in the morning. They do not give any facility for the user.
