Terrible service.
Letters that do not arrive, letters that are delivered to the neighbors' mailboxes, others that you receive from other people, deliveries scheduled for "X" day and do not arrive, notices that you were not at home when it is not true, is that neither they bother to call the telephone ... My God, I don't understand how it can work so badly, that I have so many negative opinions and that the issue is not solved. There are people who want and need to work with more responsibility and spirit than these incompetent people.

I have been living in my new home for 4 years and they constantly confuse my address, a street, with that of a neighbor, which is a highway.
I find letters from the neighbor in my mailbox, so my neighbor must be receiving countless letters from me.
