A terrible service, a lousy attitude, a wrong schedule. This is Spain.
You have to go on their hours from 8.30 to 10.30 coinciding with the work schedule, depending on who you give with is more pleasant or unpleasant. They do not offer you any help or alternative to the neighbors when it comes to picking up important mail. Apart from being more polite and pleasant, you should open the office in the afternoon. A shame
It is a shame that on top of that they only open 2 hours to the public from Monday to Friday at a time (8:30 to 10:30) that it is impossible to go for people who work, they do not even pick up the phone (or pick it up) to be able to inform me how to pick up an order.
Disastrous.
They say that they have passed by your house and that there was no one being this lie or even left the notice paper in the mailbox to pick it up. Incredible
