Every two times three the distributors change. The person they have today must be the most savvy. It will be the second time that I have to go to the office this week to pick up an envelope because they always say that I am absent for delivery. And that I am a business ...
Pathetic service now ...
When things are done wrong, you have to say it and when you try to do well, too. Although they are saturated the person who is in the office to release was also managing shipments so I am grateful. Besides that they are always friendly.
They already have really tight schedules and don't deliver packages properly. I am delivered a package, I give my identity card number with of course my first and last name (the same as on the package)
Not having a Spanish card number, my delivery was refused, telling me that they would come back suddenly the next day. This is the first time in 5 years that I have had this problem and I have never had a Spanish ID card. Stupidity! Avoid and favor Mondial Relais and DHL frankly.
I must admit that I have been using the service since July of this year and all the times that I have been they have treated me very well, quickly and with kindness.
Good evening I would like to explain who corresponds to the postal service, how it is possible that in a town like Villanueva de la Cañada, and having a university, this service only works in the mornings and they do not have service in the afternoons like any other town around and above I do not know that they close even on Saturdays and I also refer this complaint to the city council for not worrying about said damage to the citizen I ALSO WANT TO BE A OFFICIAL
