With the tremendous snow and ice on the streets today, January 13, 2021, a postman came in the afternoon. I would ask the Post Office to provide its staff with at least suitable boots. The man was drenched and sporty. Postmen and more in municipalities, work all year round suffering from inclement weather it is not something new that in winter it rains, it is cold, now it snows ... Something minimal
Excellent service but bad hours, especially the one that has eliminated the attention on Saturdays; otherwise, attentive, helpful and 120% professional.
They are lazy and incompetent, I am not exaggerating but they are super slow and there are always queues, they never know how to do anything ... And also I have spent 3 days calling non-stop and they do not pick up the phone.
Good treatment, good customer service both in the office and the carters that are pleasant and efficient. The only downside is office hours.
Only by putting an afternoon opening day would this be solved.
It would be nice if they extended the hours, it is totally impossible for the users who work, to go only during the morning.
