I passed by by chance, I'm from another town. I arrived at 8:25 (they open at 8:30) and they incredibly attended to me, what's more, they were attending to someone else before. I looked for the hidden camera and didn't see it. I do not expect that to be done, but it must be recognized that it is a detail that you hardly ever (if not ever) come across and even less in administrations. In addition, the attention was quick and very friendly. I think I will repeat for my efforts, because I pass through Cobeña daily and in my town it is unbearable.
The attention is unbeatable at the personal level. What is really not understandable is that there is no more flexible schedule. He took off the one from Saturday morning. That less than open one day in the afternoon during the week as in other branches, right? A shame
The treatment is friendly. Cool people. A pity that it does not open on Saturdays, because it gave good service to the people for whom we work in the morning and we cannot go from Monday to Friday.

All the staff are lovely. It is a professional treatment and at the same time close. It's lucky to be in a small town
When do they deliver the cards? I have been waiting 3 weeks for an important email and not a single letter has reached me. No bills, or anything .... Are they on strike or something ???
