They usually work very well. I was surprised when a package did not arrive on the date that they indicated. Call and they said the address was incomplete. he had insisted that they put all the details in. GLS? What I don't know is how it continues to work. I ordered an article online. GLS left it at the neighbor's house, despite the fact that I never authorized it to be left at his house. An email comes to me saying that I have to pick him up at the GLS agency. 1 week ago. He keeps saying that I have to pick it up there, even though the package was given to me by the neighbor. I'm about to go to GLS to see what excuse they give me. And it is not the first case. Pathetic
