I have been several times and have never had any problems. The hours are great compared to other offices, where if you work the same hours it is impossible to go and you have no choice. I usually go to this office even though I am caught quite far from home for this matter, and as I said, in addition to the hours, the staff is also efficient and polite. 5 stars for them from me

Office located in Pozuelo de Alarcón and they decide to take the local festivals of Madrid capital. Today 9 Nov 2020, the mall open and the post office closed. That these employees decide to take the local festivals in Madrid is great, but the post office should put substitutes for those working days in the city in which they are located.

Negative; There are many people, long queues, Positive: The employees are friendly and attentive, especially the only woman there is, she helped me a lot with the shipments and always with a smile.

I go a lot and they are always very very friendly and try to help a lot. Its schedule currently closes at 4 in the afternoon (this has to do with summer) Could someone tell me when it will return to its normal schedule? Being that, closing at 4 is not very convincing

The post office on the ground floor of the English court closes at 9pm. Google photo does not match
