In this year I have sent several packages, and 2 never reached their destination. I spoke with this Office and they did nothing to help find the packages. I spoke to the destination Post Office and they told me I DON'T ARRIVE.
In this ARAVACA Office someone has a very, very long hand. It would be necessary to report it so that an Inspection of the personnel of this Office was carried out because I have seen that it has not only happened to me. AND ENOUGH of so many disappearances !!!
Good service, efficient and correct. There are always things that can be improved, but I do not understand the negative comments of other users ... it seems that they were talking about another site. Someone comments that it is impossible to park: completely false, there is a public parking right in front, which is not the case in many other post offices. At peak times in the morning or late in the afternoon there may be some queue, but in the early afternoon it is usually practically empty.
The staff is friendly but ... YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO WAIT AT LEAST 20/30 MINS. Perhaps the office has become too small for the population.
They leave you an arrival notice and you pass three times and it is not there ... and now it turns out that since February 1 they do not open on Saturdays, but it turns out that it is January 23 and at 12:20 it is closed.
