The only delivery company in the world that doesn't deliver packages
The attention of the woman who picks up the phone is terrible, I have spoken with her already 3 times and each time her abuse and aggression is worse, I hope I have to go through this office and because of the mistreatment of this person, which can be seen from leagues that she is not happy with her work. I give it a -0 in incident management and customer service. We deserve as users of this noble service a person who at least respects the forms and is not giving voices to everyone.
For my part, I only managed shipments by Wallapop and so far I have not had any problems. You make your queue with your safe distance and wait for what corresponds. If you go at peak times there will always be more queues, but we all know that.
Endless queues, I can't pick up my packages because they only open in the morning and I don't have time. Less and less resources. It is a pity. The staff is good, they are not to blame
They have always taken good care of me. Now with the pandemic, many times you have to wait outside, but they are always attentive to assist us as soon as possible, avoiding crowds.
