I have been several times and it is always the same, it does not matter if you go in the morning or in the afternoon, you always have to wait for queues for more than 40 minutes, yesterday afternoon at 18:30 I was 40 minutes waiting at a temperature of 6 degrees in the street, they go very slow because they do not care that they are warm inside and on top of that you have to endure a man telling the man who attended him that at this rate they will have to put stoves so that people wait hot , and with a smile from ear to ear and bragging about the situation say that at least you were not at 0 degrees. I find it unpresentable that people are treated worse than dogs that are left on the street.
He retrasado mi agenda laboral para recibir el paquete que me traían hoy y no tener que ir a Correos a por él, porque a día de hoy para alguien ocupado es simplemente inviable. Me he pasado la mañana en la terraza esperando la scooter. La he visto aparecer, ha entregado en la casa de mi vecino y ha seguido de largo. Cómo no conozco su operativa (preferencias de entrega) he decidido llamar para preguntar por mi paquete. Me han dejado unos minutos en espera la primera vez (normal) y me han colgado todas las demás.
Conclusión, no tengo ni paquete, ni actualización de estado, ni respuesta. Y he perdido una jornada. Así que si le damos la vuelta al 10... Le pongo un 1

Lovely employees but they seem to slow things down on purpose so you come here to complain. What's more, they suggest it to you. One person alone to serve a gazillion. There is no right to spend an hour so that later they charge you at the price of gold.
