Terrible service, every time I am forced to order something and it takes me a week longer than expected, the tracking of the package does not give you any information, or where it is or an expected delivery time , and when I call the post office nobody picks up the phone. The girl at the counter was one edge, raising her voice after telling me that my package was "in another town" and claiming that she had a lot of work all morning to answer the phone, I called 9 times within a period of 3 hours

They are quite agile in the processing. I was last October 19 and had 7 people in front of me. In 10 minutes they were attending to me and my return was being processed. It is true that it is under-dimensioned for the inhabitants that we have, but the staff that exists works efficiently to fill that lack. Please Correos España, think about expanding or moving it because the new times and electronic commerce will bring more work.

A shame, in a town with the inhabitants of El Pardillo, and whatever the situation we are experiencing, that they only open from Monday to Friday and only in the morning, it seems embarrassing to me, then those of us who work and if we have to attend our workplace, what do we do ?; They don't open on Saturday mornings either? On Sunday I understand, but on Saturdays? What do we live in a town of 200 inhabitants ??? Let's see if we update ourselves now, let people come to live here and pay taxes, yes, whatever it is and build to raise more, but update public services according to the people we are now, not that, shameful, I repeat, shameful , in things like these is when you realize the reason for the differences between some towns and others, small details that are very big ...

That there will only be from Monday to Friday in the morning is a disorder, anyone who works cannot do their operations normally.
