The truth is very bad, you can spend a whole morning calling by phone and nobody answers, I do not understand Another thing I usually send the letters on Fridays and my question is how often do you look at the mailbox? Embarrassing about this office. Queues of more than half an hour for the gentlemen to be drinking coffee. Is this how we want the public to work? You can't have people who don't want to work.
