I don't really know where to start ... A global epidemic is coming and they reduce office hours, which I don't understand, since from 8.30 to 2.30 many people are working and cannot go to pick up their packages, it also causes that when You will have to queue up to 1 hour on the street, come sun or rain. And as if that were not enough, on several occasions I have gone and I have found workers inside without a mask or with it wrongly placed, that no matter how much they have a screen they must be properly placed by law. I think that with this I expose what many people suffer when they go to this office

Third time since October 2019 that a package arrives at the office and they do not leave me a notice in the mailbox. I have had to find out the 3 times through Amazon or Aliexpress looking for ME the location of the order.

There are several occasions in which it has happened to me that I have had to go to that office to collect my order, without having received any prior communication and having to locate the situation of the package because the delivery people directly do not They do their job. It must be that the staff has lost their interest in the service they have to provide to the users ... well, something unfortunate ...... then to manage the DUA and charge you for the management by getting in like this 22 euros for the face (do not pay the dua ever!) If they are attentive ..... I will not say what they are in my point of view because I prefer not to be disqualified ..... anyway 1 star and why I cannot rate negative.

Very friendly and helpful. Very good attention. The expense note is always given to you. There are not usually as many people as in other more central offices.

A package arrives at the end of December (December 21 arrives late) and catches me on vacation, on January 8 I will look for it and they have returned it because "it had been too much without being claimed." I ask him who should I claim to receive my order and they tell me almost laughing that there is no one to claim that the problem is mine. First of all, they must understand that people leave on Christmas holidays. The second, to have at least a little education in their treatment of the client.
