They are liars, I am waiting all day at home for a package, and it turns out that I get a message that I am absent and that I have the order in the office so that I can pick it up, and this they have done many times, if I have paid Shipping costs are for something, and then the attention in the office itself leaves much to be desired, a little pleasant treatment, they do not care to give you a solution and more in the situation we are in now, shameful

That Javier does not deliver to you, it seems that he does not like his work, he does not want to distribute the packages. I have no complaints about the other postmen, they are professionals. Yesterday they made me go for a package that was paid to bring it to my home and then when it arrives at my house I jump in my Amazon mail that there is another package that has not been delivered to me, this is what is not seen they are incompetent
