Very poor office in service and treatment. They do not give the desired and expected service of a post office. The level of reviews reflects reality. Constant schedule, staff and criteria changes. Information not updated in Google Business does not help. Many times it seemed more like they were doing you a favor than service. It would be great to have a little more empathy with people even if they have to comply with internal regulations.
