Super reduced hours, to make shipments you have to go to offices in other locations since they do not have that service ... Amazing. They don't bother ringing the bell, they leave you a missing recipient note and you have to go pick up the package yourself ...

They are not able to send it to me with the right address, they always send me a receipt so that I can pick it up and I think that paying 14 euros they do not even have the decency to call. My mother goes to look for it because I work the so small schedule that they have and I can not go and they do not even give it to me, presented the ID and the receipt. They do not pick up the phone. An office shame.

Pick-up time for packages from 9:30 to 10:30 from Monday to Friday ... Okay and the people we work for tomorrow how we pick up our packages? In addition to a period of 15 days .. I think you should try to put a solution to that!

Appalling. Only open one hour a day. They do not send shipments either. Bad service
