IT IS INCREDIBLE, THAT IN THE TIMES THAT WE ARE, THE OFFICE IS ONLY OPENING A CLOCK A HALF HOUR A DAY. ON THE OTHER HAND TO SAY THAT WE LIVE IN THE URBANITZACIÓ ELS DIUMENGES AND THE SAME AS OUR OBLIGATION TO PAY TAXES, IT IS ALSO AN OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF THE CITY COUNCIL OR WHO IS COMPETED, THAT THE CORRESPONDENCE REACHES THE URBANIZATION RECIPIENT. TO SEE IF THEY DO SOMETHING ALREADY ABOUT IT !!!!

I put a star, since I have no option to put zero. There are many times that I have the same problem with the schedule to pick up a registered letter or package. It cannot be that a town where the vast majority of neighbors work and I know that many residents of the municipality have this same problem, they secures it, a way is provided to be able to pick it up on Saturday or in the same town hall on the days that they open in the afternoon

The packages are getting lost in the security office, still with the collection receipt in my mailbox ... I can't understand it. The delivery person told me that he could have stayed at the Morell's office ... I made myself there and my package is missing. I ask: if the postman came to my door with the package and when he couldn't find me, he left a flyer for me to pick up ... and I'm going two days later and he's not ... neither in this office nor in Morell's and I am also within the range of return time (15 days). Why isn't it? What was done? It expires on August 15 and I have been going for a week and a half and the only explanation is that it is not there. Another package never reached me, not even the claim slip. I have chosen to stop by the office at 09:30 to collect my mail; fortunately I have availability. But ... I can't keep doing it when my vacation is over. Since the woman who had retired ... it's already chaos.
