A few misplaced emails that have arrived late in recent years, and nothing to say about it .... that Endesa sends a receipt on August 12 for emails to be paid before 09/08? (One month for a letter to arrive ...) They deliver it to you on 09/10. What basis sends you a fine notification? I received the notice along with the first two claims about six months after the original fine was sent, already improved. They have to deliver a package to you? They ring the bell, you immediately run up the stairs, and you already have the notice but no trace of the delivery man. That you bring the recipient's ID with a handwritten note signed to the office to retrieve an important correspondence from your grandfather that can no longer be moved? They don't even give it to you as a joke. Painful, no, the following, and you assume the consequences ...
I would like to thank the attention received by the staff of this entity, because I believe that if it had not been for their dedication, a shipment previously lost by another foreign entity would not have arrived, the professionalism and humanity of the lady who attended me could serve as example.
