It's a shame that there is only one office in this town ... When I arrived there were 30 people ahead of me and this is the case every day. Coming to the post office means doing nothing else all morning.

I am in charge of a company, I go daily, I say from the knowledge, people complain about vice. They are very nice and do what they can with the resources they have. It is a town, do not expect the service and structure of Madrid. They eat it in addition to the work of the one from Cedillo that only works one hour and 30min is thrown with a cigarette this if it is joke. The Yuncos girls are in luck, whoever doesn't like me to shoot for Illesca. They serve more people than they can. That is a problem with the post office, not theirs.

Now why have you closed on Saturdays. ???? Many people who work out of town cannot retrieve their mail on weekdays, they could only go on Saturdays. And now they close without any explanation ....... In addition, the quality of service is deplorable. Bad attention, or they yell at you, ignore you, or directly do not give them. He wants to give you an explanation why.

Total ineffectiveness. Wait on the street. To send a letter, a wait of more than 40 minutes on the street when it is cold and raining. The ineffectiveness of book clerks. Better not go. But there is no other in town. After 10 minutes the letter does not invoice me due to lack of stamps !!!! In the Post Office !!! ... I have to pay more to send it. And the computer with some problem. What a mess of service !!!!. On the answer they give me: obviously I am not going to go to any page that they indicate to me to give you more details of how that Office works. You go to the office and see what happens. Worry about that they are for. Yesterday there were neither stamps of a certain quantity nor were there franked envelopes ... A separate title: the skills of the people who attended the public: to send a letter I was inside the office for almost half an hour. If I have to go to a page to tell you more details, it is that in addition to the inefficiency of the Office, you are telling me that with you the problem is even greater.
