Terrible treatment by an employee, skinny, elderly blonde, I am going to send a letter and I felt ridiculed by that lady apart from the treatment she has given me, people like that should not work with the public, on the other hand they sent me a registered letter more than a week ago and I'm still waiting for it

I find it embarrassing. We live on a golf course, so the mailboxes are at the entrance to the city. Yesterday I am at the door of the house sweeping, I see the postal van arrive, it stops at the house next door, it does not get off, it stands for a while and leaves. And I find a notice sheet in the mailbox saying we weren't home for a registered letter.nNow it's my turn to get around because the guy is lazy to get out of the van.

They had to deliver a package to me on Monday and by mistake they sent it to Valencia.nThe next day with two people at home, the postman keeps track of the shipment that there was nobody and the next day the same thing happens again, only this time we were 4 people at home.

BURLA ---- I went to send a letter .... requesting, as soon as I entered that it was URGENT, BY PLANE plus ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RECEIPT. Well, I don't know how the worker must have understood me, but she sent the CERTIFIED letter which, according to her, was just as urgent ... after three days, based on complaints, nerves and many headaches, the letter reached its destination. . but they refused to claim something, it had not been URGENT ---- it is for FLIPAR ----- I will not go again, having so many courier and parcel companies .... it is the third time that they disappoint me and so the customers leave. --- I DO NOT RECOMMEND MAILS TO ANYONE. SORRY !!!!!

Very expensive prices and unfortunate treatment by the lady who attended me and that was Friday. They do not inform you of the prices they tell you to look at it on your own on the web and they pay everything, on the other hand the gentleman who attended to me later was very friendly and cordial. In the end I could not send.
