After being at home all day, they have the nose to send me an SMS saying that they have tried to deliver the package at home ... what a tough face ... then they will have the courage to complain about others ...nnAnd again the same thing happens, if you were a private company there would be half of the delivery men.

During holidays they always put the recipient absent (they do not deliver the package), I have made several claims and it is the same. In this situation in which we are always at home, it is amazing that they are absent. Then if you go to the office they tell you that they do not have the package that the delivery man has, so you spend a couple of days (at least) without the product.nnPitiful service.

A cash on delivery package, which should have been delivered to my home, was not brought in. They just left the notice in the mailbox.nI had to travel by car ...nNot even, I have been able to pay with the bank card, only with cash ... and also not even, they have given me a receipt.nBad service.

In general they have always treated me well. The only complaint I have is about certificates that have not been delivered to me even while at home.
