Hands down this is the worst Post Office in the World. If you can somehow avoid going there don't go.

Very convenient Post Office on the UAM campus. Plenty of parking, all services. Only opens weekdays until 14.30 though.

My packages have been in Madrid since July 4th and I still haven't received anything. In the follow-up they indicate that they are on the way. I try to get in touch through the phone provided by the internet and nobody picks it up, it does not matter what time you call and the times you insist ... They had to arrive between July 4 and 7 and we are at 18 ... Is there some way to get my packages there? Is there a physical office?

Very bad. They lose your packages, they lie, they are incapable and slow. Better go to another office ...
