They have lost two packages of a shipment, I make the claim two months ago and they tell me that they will take care of the cost of the lost material. I justify with invoices the value of the lost, and after several phone calls and emails demanding payment they give me long and my conclusion is that they will not assume their responsibility. In a courier company the most important thing is to be sure that the objects that you leave at your disposal are well guarded and that they will reach their destination, and in case it is not so, they will be responsible for their management. They have not fulfilled any of these basic and fundamental premises.
