I paid for an international express DOCUMENTS to be sent. Following their tracking service 3 days later a message said ”Change of Destination “ I kept calling over the next 3 days to assert where my package was, to be told that they have no idea. These are very important documents and I (the customer who paid a lot of money) treated with zero respect. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!
Bad service in package...
I give them a star because you can not put 0. Company with urgent shipments charging a lot of money to deliver them weeks later, putting off their customers and making cheap excuses for never delivering packages. Little shame they have cheating people.
They are scoundrels. They tell you that in an hour you are not home, and you are. You try to talk to someone on the phone, nothing. It is a shame. Every time the packages are sent by express mail, problems. Close the chiringuito and stop making life bitter for others. You are a nightmare every time a package has to arrive with you. And the worst ... No reference site where you can solve problems, neither by phone nor in person.
painful shipping company I have 5 packages pending to pick up, they are left with you at one hour they do not show up and it is impossible to contact them.
