Totally useless. Staff say they can speak English when they clearly can't understand a thing; this resulted in a messed up UPS delivery which is going to be shipped back now, probably at extra cost, leaving me without glasses for another two weeks. Really dissapointing. Don't trust these people with anything important.

Although they are very kind in the pre-sale attention (and much is appreciated), the truth was not fulfilled what I paid Fedex (it did not comply with the direct delivery to the address provided, if not that I leave it in another city, my family having to move when I had previously paid for this), I communicated it to the girls who attended me and they did not offer to help me to clarify with the central and fix it. Very bad aftermarket.
