Great workers but wait times are 30 to 60 minutes.
Nice people. Horribly understaffed. Huge lines of people waiting. Short work hours. Saturday is disastrous
Very very helpful and cheerful staff. Place mat be small but the staff makes up for it. Fantastic experience.
The ladies are always very kind but there is always a long cue due to the reduced opening hours...especially on Saturdays.
In Valldoreix we have not been receiving mail at home for a year! The attention to the Valldoreix office is of a totally inexplicable and inefficient slowness! Today, after waiting 30 min and seeing that they had only attended to 1 person we had to leave, of course without our package! We are paying for this service with our taxes, please ask for a solution. Thanks!
