Very friendly and answer any questions. The treatment is excellent and also being a smaller office they are closer and do not make you wait. It is located in a very accessible place from anywhere in Albacete.nTotally recommendable

I have known this office for years, and the employees who have passed through it. It is easier to give an opinion without knowing what is happening and, as always, the blame is on the employee who suffers more precariousness than the clients. If there are two people and one goes out for breakfast, the customer feels bad because I have witnessed it, but gentlemen, do you not have breakfast? or do these people have no right to breakfast?nOn Saturdays there is only one, but is it the fault of the employees or the company? They only see the queues and the employee who cannot even go to the toilet for not leaving the office?nIf the employee is late, perhaps the system does not work as it should ... but it is easier to blame the employee who is slow.nI have witnessed when a user has not agreed with the postal rules and the employee has explained it to him, they get angry with him as if the employee could decide. They are rules that they like or don't have to comply with. I have seen how they have been degraded, insulted and of course immediately a claim.nI DO NOT mean by this that any employee, as in any company, is not a lousy employee.nAnd yes, I agree that the office is badly located as it has to go up all the floors of the center, I also think that there should be more people attending.nMy experience throughout these years with this office has been improving.nFor those of you who like to criticize, please find out before putting nonsense without being contrasted.nA loyal user

It doesn't seem normal to me that they NEVER pick up the phone. Nor does it seem normal to me that the delivery man does not touch my home and say that he has called and leaves the notice when HE HAS NOT ROCKED AT ANY TIME and it is my turn to go to the Post Office every two to three for packages. Not to mention the terrible telephone service and long lines.nThe procedures at the window, however, are good, but there is much to improve.

Terrible service, very unsympathetic employees and very little communicative. Long queues every time you want to pick up a package. Very slow and inefficient staff. In short, disastrous, not recommended office. Better pick up orders and make other arrangements elsewhere.

As many people comment the service is slow. As for the deal, the day before the alarm I picked up a piece of paper to make a complaint (I didn't get it because of the alarm) There is a woman, with long blonde curly hair and glasses, who explains things about very rude form. With a lousy attitude, leaning back with the chair as if she were at home, they have already gone several times. With the rest, I have had no problems. It is closer to home but I prefer to go to another one where they do not treat me badly.
