Endless queues. The staff are friendly but can't cope. It is very poorly managed. In the delivery of packages they do not call you if you are not there. In general, very improvable experience
After three days of waiting at home to receive an order, you send me a text message when you have already closed the office and I cannot call you, in which you tell me, because you were unable to deliver the package (three days at home, I repeat) ... and you give me a code to go tomorrow, day when you do not open either.
