The service seems terrible to me, the first time they bring me something with parcel post and the delivery man comes by my house or knocks on the door, goes directly to the mailbox, says that I am not at home and leaves me without a gift for my brother at Christmas , when I spent the whole afternoon at home with my family and not even a call to know if I was there, when they told me on the phone that I was in delivery and arrived in the afternoon ......
