Total incompetence, the workers are not careful about the work they are doing, not careful with the packages, they leave them at the door or on the stairs of the block with the danger of being robbed, they take a long time to make the delivery and do not notify when they are not they are going to come. They are not up to date, they have no means of digital verification, nor respect. And if you have any questions, due to loss or misplacement, they answer that they cannot know, because they do not have a PC to verify it. It is shameful that someone who works for the postal service is so uncivil, responsible or competent in their 3 hours of delivery a day from Monday to Friday. They should be trained by a competent authority, so that they learn to speak well and above all to do the job well.
