the location is great, customer service leaves you wanting (not all workers)
Friendly staff, they take a long time due to circumstances (covid) but in general good customer service, especially the blonde girl, always attends you with a smile, something that not everyone can keep in public-facing jobs.
The post office is well located, and you have the option to park close by.nnThe service is effective, it may be a little slow depending on the day, but the staff are very friendly!nnThe hours are from Monday to Friday from 8: 30h until 14: 30h, and Saturdays work from 9: 30h until 13:00.nnYou will find different types of service, related to postal mail.nnThey also sell a type of gift cards, with different topics such as Amazon, PlayStation, etc ...nnI have seen that they also ship your bicycle, and at a fairly low price, which I find very interesting if you use this medium, when you go somewhere.
Bad customer service. Incompetent workers.nI received a certified letter of a court summons 3 months after the celebration, living 5 minutes from it, a shame ... No one gave me the information.
Pitiful service. They take a lot and also one of the ladies who attends is an edge.
