We are at the door! The schedule says that the office should be open and they are behind closed doors! Can anyone explain this lack of common sense? Also the customers' time is valuable, not only yours!

Very slow. With the progress that has been made in the delivery of parcels in Spain it seems incredible that it takes so long to deliver or send a package. The lack of staff is evident.
