With the excuse of the pandemic they only open in the morning. Being the Spanish postal service it is a shame. In addition, this branch, despite having been renovated, remains small and somewhat outdated. The customer service staff, depending on who you give, is fast and efficient or slow and they won't find your package until the fast arrives and finds it at the moment.

I went to pick up a package at 13.30 and it was closed. It is supposed to be open until 2:30 pm according to the schedule on the door and the one provided here. Those of us who work, how do we collect packages? Where are the actual office hours? Very bad.

Lazier, slower and more incompetent than in this office you will not find them even doing a contest. Among them, it will be difficult for you to say which is the worst. Perhaps the person in charge who seems to know and is the most useless.

They are very slow ... Until October they have not extended the hours to the afternoons. Those of us who work cannot go to pick up anything and the queues that form are immense and the average wait goes from 30 to 40 minutes to pick up a package. I tried to get the packages sent to the Carrefour citypaq and apparently it doesn't work either and they don't help you by phone or inform you of anything ...
