Sorry the service of this office. Packages that are sent, arrive at the office and are returned to their origin the next minute, others that do not even upload the pick-up notice to the mailbox (much less go home with the package). Let's see if I can change my office, I'll pick it up without problems.

Most of the inhabitants of this town, we work outside, normally with morning hours. Unfortunately, some of us do not have the facility to be absent from work, with the consequence that we cannot pick up the package, certificate, etc. And a few of us cannot derogate from anyone, because most of us suffer from the same working hours. I think it would not be so complicated, to open the Office some day of the week in the afternoon, to be able Collect all the notices we receive. So difficult is it to put yourself in the situation of that part of the population ????? I believe that a public service is obliged to provide facilities and options to anyone. Enough of being so selfish. ...

Today Monday I arrive at the office and I am closed. It is a shame they look for any excuse not to open and not work there are people who have had to change two trains and take buses or walk to get to their work station and here nothing is easier is to close and go. What a shame

They have reduced the opening hours to the public. Only mornings from Monday to Friday. They say that to avoid contagion of covid-19. **? But what they have achieved is that people crowd at the door: groups of more than 20 people waiting ... I think they should have done the opposite, work more and make it easier for customers with longer hours. But they have chosen to hide behind the counter and look at the floor when asked. How can we then defend public services against the vultures who want to eliminate them? Not that way...

It's a shame that in such a big town they only open in the morning. The pandemic, the perfect excuse. While the rest of us go back to work, they barely open 6 hours a day, 5 days a week. They close afternoons and Saturdays. Endless and slow queues, and of course crowds. Very bad, very very bad.
