I do not put zero stars because it is not possible. Nothing like this has ever happened to me: a package from an Amazon order is delivered to the wrong address, something that shouldn't happen to a postman. After complaining to them by phone, they tell me that someone has signed and that they cannot do anything because of the data protection law, that I go to the office to complain so they can indicate the place where it was delivered and retrieve the package.
