They always leave the orders to my doorman, but today 12/23 it turns out that no, that the recipient is absent and above all they tell me that I can pick up at the office, but it turns out that tomorrow despite not being a holiday, it is closed. How disgusting people. I hope they privatize it one day. What a nefarious service not to mention that the office never picks up the phone and now they don't open on Saturdays.

Since the pandemic began, the post office does not open on Saturday morning and in my case, when I work from Monday to Friday, I cannot pick up my packages. I need some solution since there is no one who can go in my place.
