I understand how hard it is to work in front of the public, but you can't be more edgy and less successful. The deal leaves much to be desired and they never give a solution. It is always someone else's fault, always with excuses. It is unfortunate that a basic service and the only office we have in the town, works that "well". And of course in reduced hours, not even on Saturdays they open.

Very bad organization, they had a package that had come a week ago and I never received notification, I had to go and claim it to be delivered, there is always a long queue.

Unpleasant at the office and postmen who do not wait for you to leave the house, which means having to go to pick up the package at the office, where long lines form at noon. They don't open evenings or Saturdays, which hurts me a lot. Nothing good.

Terrible fatal hours because people also work and they don't open on Saturdays they work from 8:30 to 2:30 they don't even open at eight
